Edgell Potato Gems are the perfect bite-sized snack with a fluffy potato centre and a crispy coating that everyone will enjoy. Made from premium potatoes, potato gems can be served as a snack or on the side as a replacement for chips,  

They are delivered frozen in 2kg bags, or a carton of 6 so that you're ready to deep fry or oven bake from frozen.

• Deep fry for 2-3 minutes at 180°C or oven bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
